Shipping policy

Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipments are handled by DHL and include a tracking number, which will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times typically range from 2 to 5 business days. For islands and certain specific areas, delivery may take an additional 48 to 72 business hours.
