Refund policy

We accept returns on all items, including sale items, within 14 days from the date of purchase. To ensure efficient processing, we do not offer direct exchanges: once the returned items are received at our warehouse, a refund will be issued.

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to return it in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, in order to receive a refund. You may then place a new order for the desired item.
